Motz sentenced to 8 years in federal prison

That was not the charge, and The Press did not miss the point. Here is a description of what Mr. Motz pleaded guilty to and what was alleged:

Quogue Village mayor pleads guilty to securities fraud, Oct 14, 09 12:16 PM

Prosecutors said he illegally took in more than $1.4 million for his investment company, Melhado, Flynn & Associates (MFA), between November 2000 and June 2005. He is the president and chief executive officer of the company.

Prior to entering his guilty plea, Mr. Motz admitted to buying blocks of stocks and waiting until the end of the day to see if the trades were profitable. If the trades were profitable, Mr. Motz said he would assign them to the MFA proprietary account. If they were not, he assigned them to one of his clients’ discretionary accounts.

“I took the profits from those [trades].... with the intention of benefitting my firm, MFA,” he said.

Two faces of sustainable building: Traditional

1.77 million watts = 1,770,000 watts.

I think you are confusing it with 177,000,000 watts.

1,770,000 watts/sixty days
equals an average of: 29,500 watts/day

That 12,000 watts could have just been a low-light day, and the day wasn't over yet." May 11, 10 1:49 PM

New radio station will focus on East End community

That quote is in reference to the Connecticut stations, not WPPB.

The paragraf before:
Hamptons Community Radio founder and chairman Matt Stutterheim said that his station is on a much smaller scale than WPBB’s efforts, and that his group was formed in response to the dominance of public radio from Connecticut on the East End." May 24, 10 10:43 AM
