"Love whisperer" takes on shelter's toughest cases

Ms. Taylor said that her patients often come in with a negative view of humans, and those feelings are often justified.

“It’s man that needs the treatment, not the animals,” Ms. Taylor said. “If man treated the animals with respect and love, we wouldn’t need the treatment.”
