East End Tomahawks 10U Baseball Team Wins Town Of Brookhaven Fall League Championship

The East End Tomahawks 10U baseball team won the Town of Brookhaven Fall League Championship under the lights at the Eastport-South Manor Athletic Complex on Saturday night.

The East End Tomahawks 10-and-under baseball team won the Town of Brookhaven Fall League Championship under the lights at the Eastport-South Manor Athletic Complex on Saturday night. The Tomahawks are a team composed of players from Amagansett, East Hampton, Montauk, Sag Harbor and Springs.

The 10U Brookhaven league included eight teams this fall divided into blue and red divisions. The Tomahawks were in second place in the blue division heading into the final night of action. East End defeated the top team from the red division, the Miller Place Rampage, 11-9, to advance to the championship game against the top team from the blue division, the Riverhead Waves. The Tomahawks defeated the Waves, 8-6, to win the championship.

The East End Tomahawks 10U team, which just began playing together in mid-August, included Brody Biondo, Tiger Brew, Owen Grisch, Kieran Hildreth, Michael Hren, E.J. McAuliffe, Mason Miles, Baekeland Peterson, Alexander Reichl, Tyler Rodgers, Jacen Sheades and Sebastian Walsh. The team was coached by Jack Miles, Kieran Brew and John Grisch.
