Two mixed-use commercial buildings recently sold across the South Fork for more than $3 million each, one in Hampton Bays and the other in East Hampton Village.

Newtown Associates LLC sold 68 Newtown Lane to Iantha LLC for $3.6 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. It had been listed for $4.5 million.

Tenants include Carissa’s The Bakery, a Chinese take-out restaurant, SoulCycle and other businesses.

The Hampton Bays sale of 105 West Montauk Highway, from Hamlet Green Ltd to New VIP Holdings LLC, was for $3.2 million.

The building known as The Hamlet Green has a gross leasable area of 15,000 square feet and tenants include a barber shop, a salon, a law office, a real estate office and many others.

In Westhampton Beach, we can now report the price of the previously reported sale of 128 Main Street from Simon Jorna, the former owner of Beach Bakery Grand Cafe in Westhampton Beach, to Stephen Matri, Lance Farlow and an unnamed partner. The building, which formerly housed Books & Books and is now home to a variety of boutique shops, was sold for $2.45 million. The new owners told The Press last month that they have no plans at the moment to make any immediate changes to the two-story building.
