ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will report directly to the sales manager and work closely with the publisher to make sure that credit cards and checks get applied to the right accounts and that our statements and invoices are accurate.
Job responsibilities include: Managing credit applications, posting weekly billings, generating statements and invoices and working with sales representatives and clients to solve billing issues and collect past-due balances. Must be courteous, patient and kind with co-workers and customers, have an excellent telephone manner, great attention to detail and have a good grasp of Microsoft Excel. Wednesdays and Thursdays; $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
